▲Research on improvement of end fitting crimping property

A variety of measures such as controlling the hardness of end fittings, optimizing the structures of end fittings and pressure moulds, optimizing the crimping methods, and controlling the tolerance of fit are adopted to stabilize the crimping quality. The product hardness is controlled through ball end damage. Thus, we can control the breaking strength of end fittings to be within 1.4~1.55 times of the rated strength.
